CGI Finance (Education, Products, Trading) is operated by Caveda Global Investment Corp, a Florida profit corporation, document number P22000056531. CGI Dominicana (Property Care, Real Estate) is operated by Caveda Global Investment, S.R.L., a Dominican Republic company, RNC 1-32-84947-7, Registro Mercantil 17750LA. Each service line on this site is provided by the entity named in this section for that division — never the other.

2. Educational content, not advice

Digital products are delivered instantly by email after payment via Stripe. Because delivery is immediate, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Property Care and Real Estate (CGI Dominicana)

Requests submitted through this site for Property Care or Real Estate services are quote and lead requests only. No payment is processed on this site for CGI Dominicana services; invoicing and collection happen through DGII-compliant channels outside the website.

6. Limitation of liability

Services and content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Neither entity is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or its products.

7. Governing law

CGI Finance terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. CGI Dominicana terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic.

8. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the business evolves. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
