Straight answers
- Is this financial advice?
- No, and that's deliberate. We never tell you to buy or sell a security. The only action language you'll ever see is measuring your portfolio against the targets you set yourself — that's arithmetic against your plan, not our opinion. Caveda Global Investment Corp is not a registered investment adviser.
- Where do I get my briefing?
- By email, at the address you signed up with — there's nothing to log into to read it. Your first briefing is generated as soon as you save your portfolio, and after that a new one arrives every Tuesday morning.
- Do you connect to my brokerage account?
- No. You enter your holdings yourself. We never ask for your brokerage login, and we can't move money or place trades — there's simply no connection for that to happen through.
- Can I cancel?
- Anytime, from your account. You keep access through the end of the period you already paid for. No contract, no cancellation fee.
- Why can't my brokerage just show me this?
- Your brokerage shows each fund as one line, because that's what you bought. It has no reason to open the fund up and add its holdings to the shares you own directly. That's the calculation we run every week.
